if you eat meat/dairy/eggs, you have no right to be upset by this.

Here’s the thing: Slaughterhouses don’t smile and ask for money to save the cows they have in their pens. Slaughterhouses don’t hire people to strip naked and beg for money to help the poor veal calves. Slaughterhouses don’t smack a cheeseburger out of your hand and throw paint on you and then turn around and kill everything they have anyway. Slaughterhouses are honest. When you look at a slaughter house, you know it’s a place where animals go to die.

PETA, however, does everything a slaughter house does while at the same time putting on a cute face for the public, trying to shame the public for eating meat, funds terrorists who actively attack people they disagree with and pretend to be the savior of animal kind… and then they turn right the fuck around and kill almost every single animal they take in. This is an organization that thinks whales are people and that animals should have rights.

Can you imagine if a “homeless shelter” was found slitting homeless people’s throats and dumping their bodies into dumpsters? There would be outrage, right? If you honestly think an animal’s life is equal to a humans, why don’t you have the same amount of outrage for PETA loading up stray dogs and cats with a toxic sodium compound and then throwing their bodies away illegally in other people’s trash? Could it be that maybe despite all the smoke people blow out their ass about animal rights that they actually don’t really care what happens to them?

and yeah, peta is fucking shit. no one is debating that.

Thing is, they aren’t just telling a lie, they’re straight up ruining people. People have turned in animals to PETA thinking their former friends are getting the best possible shot at life only to later discover their furry friends were killed the same day. What they’re doing goes above and fucking beyond telling people lies. This isn’t the same kind of lie where I steal your soda from the fridge and then say I didn’t do it. This is a much bigger, grander, more despicable lie than that. And I’d say anyone has the right to be angry at an organization that does THAT to people and still has the balls to ask for money.

okay, yeah, I’m sorry, but, I do definitely think my dog’s life is much more important than a cow’s life that I’m going to eat. Sorry. I also think that giving my money to an organization that I believe is going to help find a pet a home that actually kills most of them is worse than me giving money to a slaughterhouse that I know is going to kill cows and make delicious things like steak and gelatin.
